- I have been flying since 2005. Should have done this a long, long time ago. It was always a dream but I didn't think I was smart enough, didn't think I could afford it, didn't think I had the time. Got divorced, discovered I was instantly smarter, had more money, and lots of time. Bingo! Got my PPL! I have a blog at Flying37blog@blogspot.com and a web site at Flying37.com that sells aviation-related t-shirts, hats, mugs and more.

- My friend has a Piper Cherokee 140 (with a 170HP engine) and we fly all over the place. 45+ airports and 100+ hours a year. We trade off flying/radio duties on each leg.
